We will gladly issue store credit covering the value of your return that may be used to purchase any item(s) we carry. Or, if you prefer, we will replace any item, or issue you a full refund-it's your choice! If we made the mistake, we'll also refund the shipping charges.
Important: Seismic earthquake valves and excess flow valves must be uninstalled. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned seismic earthquake valves even during the 30 day Guarantee. If exchanging for a different size or flow, then no restocking fee will apply. A 15% restocking fee will apply on all products after the 30 day Guarantee.
